On the premiere episode of the second season of tvN‘s A Battle of One Voice, now called 300 X2, TWICE teamed up with 300 of their most dedicated ONCE. The resulting performances will send chills down your spine and melt your heart all at the same time.
Both TWICE and the ONCE were nervous to see each other, but once the curtain fell there were nothing but cheers, smiles, and Candybongs waving as far as the eye could see.
TWICE performed “TT”, “CHEER UP”, and “What Is Love?” with the 300 ONCE, and the show really offers an experience that goes beyond simple fanchants.
The fanchants have been upgraded to feature more singing time, choreography, and even props for the ONCEs, making it feel like a true collaboration between fans and their idols.
The TWICE girls can be seen getting emotional looking out into the crowd, seeing, hearing and feeling the love. Sana has recently come under fire for comments about Japan, so that makes this outpouring of love and support feel all-the-more special.
Unlike the previous season of A Battle of One Voice, there will be no competition, and the money generated by each idol group is donated to charity. 300 X2 airs every Friday at 7:40PM KST. You can watch tvN’s uploaded clips of the episode below:
