While big-name actors get lots of attention for their K-Drama appearances, actors in smaller roles are talented and deserving of attention, too. Actors who play small roles often grab viewers’ attention with their acting skills and make fans long to see them in more K-Dramas. One actor, in particular, has managed to capture viewers’ hearts in 3 of this year’s most popular K-Dramas!
Meet Jo Han Chul!
You may have recently seen him in Hello, Me!
If you watched Vincenzo, you probably remember him as the CEO of Wusang Law Firm, Han Seung Hyeok.
He appeared as Oh Chun Jae/Oh Yoon, a musician and coffee shop owner who’s the father of a hilariously spunky daughter (Kim Min Seo as Oh Ju Ri), in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, which is currently airing.
Jo Han Chul will also appear in Jirisan, which is set to premiere on October 23.
Jo Han Chul first debuted as an actor in 2000, and he’s earned over 60 acting credits since then. In addition to the 3 2021 K-Dramas he’s appeared in, he’s also appeared in other popular K-Dramas, like Oh My Ghost, 100 Days My Prince, Romance Is a Bonus Book, and Memorist.
Jo Han Chul is known for his incredible versatility as an actor. He’s just as great at delivering comedic lines as he is at tugging on the audience’s heartstrings with emotional lines.
