BTS’s Jimin Started A 7-Year Mystery That Still Hasn’t Been Solved

Fans have been looking for answers since 2013.

BTS‘s music videos are steeped in mystery, but so are many of their real-life moments!

For example, it took two years for fans to find out that Suga‘s school snapshots were actually behind the scenes photos for the BTS WORLD game.

There’s also the “what’s tasty in Busan?” incident, but that’s another story for another day. Speaking of Busan, let’s talk about Jimin!

Back in 2013, it took Jimin only a split second to spark questions that fans are seeking answers to seven years later.

During the 2013 Melon Music Awards, a fancam captured Jimin singing along to a performance. Suddenly, someone caught his attention…

…and he dialed up the charm.

The wink he gave that person has become legendary.

To this day, ARMYs are dying to find out the identity of that lucky person, who is widely believed to be a fellow fan.

Who are they? Why haven’t they bragged about it? And, most importantly, are they still with us? Scientifically speaking, the chances of surviving Jimin’s wink at point-blank are 0.00001%, if that.

In addition to being a mystery in itself, this fancam is also hard evidence that catches Jimin in a lie. He once said he can’t wink, but clearly that’s not true at all!

Watch the “evidence” here, and check out more of BTS’s real-life mysteries here.
