After it was recently revealed that leader and rapper of popular group Block B ‘s Zico was allegedly in a relationship with AOA‘s Seolhyun, fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting for more information on the scandal. Now, it seems that Zico is the first to address this issue publicly himself when he performed at the 2016 Nike Unlimited Korea held at the Gocheok Sky Dome on August 28th.
One line applauded the athletes who recently represented their country at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, “I shall applaud all the athletes who worked hard at the Rio Olympics.”
Some of his rap lyrics allegedly addressed his scandal with Seolhyun, according to reports, with lyrics such as, “Oh, there’s a memory I’ll never be able to forget. The day, my car, my house, and my daily life were exposed,” which seems to refer to the pictures released by Dispatch during the announcement of the idols’ relationship.
The remaining lyrics read:
“First off, I’m sorry to all the fans who were disappointed. But you guys always come first and that will never change, right. I remember all the mistakes I’ve made in the past, but there’s something you guys should be paying more attention to than my personal life. You guys act like it’s your right to know about it all, but then again, you guys are all the bosses of this country, right? You should know. To many [of the] shit-talkers, I’ve been dealing with you guys for 5 years. All the defaming of my character, shit-talk about my parents, and accusing me of sexual harassment. I bet you wouldn’t be able to say shit if I sued you.”
