TXT’s Yeonjun Reveals How He Always Knew He Was Meant To Be An Artist

He knew he was meant to be an artist and now he’s an “Artist Of The Month!”

Studio Choom has recently announced that their next “Artist Of The Month” for July will be TXT‘s Yeonjun. In the lead up to his residency on the channel, he sat down for an interview to announce his performance video which will premiere on July 16. While there he spoke about why he thinks he was meant to be an artist and how dance plays into that.

He began the interview by explaining that he was a bit nervous to be performing alone but excited to show his confidence.

He explains that it was his energy as a child that convinced him he would have ended up an artist no matter what. As he says this, adorable photos of his younger self appear beside him proving just how much energy he’s always had.

He then explains that dance was the first skill he learned because he “actually enjoyed it.”

This love for dance inspired him to practice so he can continue to achieve better and better results with him encouraging others that “practice is the only way to go.”

While he may be nervous, we’re sure he’ll be absolutely incredible and if the preview is any indication, than his performance of the songs “Watermelon Sugar” by Harry Styles and “BLOW” by Ed Sheeran (with Chris Stapleton & Bruno Mars) is sure to be one for the books.
