TVXQ and Super Junior top Oricon Charts with new releases

TVXQ has ranked #1 on the Oricon Albums Chart for five days with their new Japanese album WITH, while Super Junior hit #1 on the Oricon Singles Chart with their Japanese single “MAMACITA.”

TVXQ’s 14-track album WITH was released in Japan on December 17th, immediately topping the Oricon Daily Albums Chart with 162,790 copies sold on the first day. The new album includes songs such as “Sweat,” “Answer,” “Time Works Wonders,” and a Japanese version of the popular Korean track “Spellbound.” It also features “Spinning,” for which they previously released a PV and BTS footage.

On top of this, they are currently ranked on other international charts, including Billboard‘s 2014 year-end lists in the “Japan Hot 100” and “World Album Artists” categories.

On the other hand, Super Junior’s new single “MAMACITA” topped the Oricon Singles Chart briefly on December 21st, with their first day sales at 35,624 copies.
