SMTOWN successfully completes Taiwan concert with over 60 tracks performed

The artists of SM Entertainment have successfully completed their latest concert stop from their fourth world tour series in Taiwan.

Coming together as SMTOWN, artists Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO, Red Velvet, Super Junior-M‘s Henry and Zhoumi, Zhang Li Yin, and TASTY performed for approximately 270 minutes with 60 tracks on March 21st at the Hsinchu County Stadium.

In addition to performing their own hit tracks, SMTOWN artists also took the stage with local tracks, singing in the native language of the country. Songs that were performed included “Listening To The Sea (聽海)” (ChangminKyuhyun), “Loving You” (Zhoumi and Victoria), and others.

Other performances featured sub-unit groups Super Junior-M, Super Junior D&E, and TaeTiSeo; Kangta and Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany performed “Say Something” (Christina Aguilera); and Eunhyuk, Hyoyeon, Luna, Kai, and Sehun performance a colorful dance stage.

Unfortunately, the concert did experience problems with a malfunction occurring prior to the concert during a rehearsal involving Girls’ Generation, while SHINee’s Taemin was safely pushed out of the way by TVXQ’s Changmin after not noticing a platform being lowered where he was standing.

The SMTOWN Live World Tour began in 2008, reaching not only Seoul, but New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Beijing, Tokyo, and more, establishing itself as one of the best music festival concerts to be enjoyed by fans.
