GOT7‘s Jackson Wang returned to The Late Late Show with James Corden to promote his new song “LMLY,” also known as “Leave Me Loving You.”
Though this is Jackson’s second time as a guest on The Late Late Show with James Corden, this marks his American late-night TV debut as a performer. Host James Corden welcomed Jackson back to the show through a video call and congratulated him for being named one of Asia’s 30 Under 30 Asia in Forbes.
In a short interview, Corden asked about Jackson’s upcoming album. He wouldn’t reveal too much but he did say that it would be a new sound that fans wouldn’t expect.
After the interview, Jackson performed “LMLY.” The iconic retro music video was recreated for the performance as the stage was decorated to look like a Chinese restaurant. Even the same actors, including Jackson’s love interest from his music videos, appeared as diners sitting at a table in front of him as he sang.
