In a statement, BIGHIT MUSIC made the announcement regarding V’s positive test results, explaining that V began to experience symptoms on Tuesday, February 15. After noticing the symptoms, he visited the hospital and took the PCR test. The results came back in the evening.

Although the statement also reassured fans that V had been vaccinated and was only experiencing mild symptoms, it didn’t stop ARMYs from sharing their concerns and well wishes on social media.

In particular, many wanted to know how V was feeling. Luckily, they didn’t have to wait long. On February 17 (KST), V went on Weverse to answer some fans’ questions and update them on how he was feeling.

One fan shared her concerns about V, asking the idol how he was feeling, the symptoms, and most importantly, sending their good wishes and prayers for his recovery. V seemed to appreciate the love and wanted to ensure that ARMYs weren’t too worried as he replied, “I’m completely okay.

Another fan then sent V a beautiful picture of a sky with clouds that look like whales and also sent their well-wishes, explaining that their daughter was also recovering from COVID.

It was such a beautiful image that V replied, “Oh, save,” as if to say he wanted to save the photo.

ARMYs were relieved to hear that V was doing well when the updates were shared. Like member Jimin, they felt more at ease hearing from V directly what his condition was like and how he was feeling.

Even though it hasn’t been long since BIGHIT MUSIC’s initial announcement, ARMYs were relieved to hear from V. As always, we continue to wish him a full and speedy recovery.
