BTS’s Self-Directed “Anpanman” Music Video Is Utterly Chaotic

The new MV is just as wild as BTS are.

At last! BTS‘s “Anpanman” finally has its own music video!

In honor of Festa (the annual celebration that leads up to BTS’s debut anniversary), BTS is releasing brand new music, photos, and videos. “Anpanman’s” MV is part of the 2019 Festa collection.

This self-directed MV is chaotic, random, and bursting with fun. In other words, it’s perfect for “Anpanman”. It also follows in the tradition of other (very silly) self-directed BTS videos, like their iconic “Spine Breaker” MV.

Unlike “Spine Breaker” though, “Anpanman” MV was filmed entirely on stage and it captured many lucky ARMYs in the background. Using self-cams, BTS filmed “Anpanman” during their New Jersey Love Yourself: Speak Yourself concert at MetLife Stadium on May 18.

Throughout the video, there’s never a dull moment. BTS get wild and silly while playing on an inflatable playground and hyping up the crowd.
