On April 8 and 9, BTS took to the stage as they performed the first two shows of their PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LAS VEGAS shows at the Allegiant Stadium. As expected, each of the shows was amazing, and ARMYs took home memories that they will never forget as the members showcased their talent, charisma, and visuals.
Many fans even got to live the dream as they had interactions with the members, whether it was Jungkook answering a fan’s request or V giving an ARMY his ARMY Bomb lightstick so she didn’t feel left out of the wave.
Yet, as much as ARMYs enjoyed the evening, many raised concerns about the behavior of some of those attending. In particular, many shared their anger at things being thrown at the members.
Although fans have thrown items at the BTS members before, whereas many of these previous instances didn’t raise concerns, the number of items that were thrown in Las Vegas seemed to increase, and it also became dangerous for the members.
I need to get something off my chest, LET'S NOT start throwing things at the guys during their cart time!!! This PTD tour is the first time they have done this in the US to get closer to ARMY.
DO. NOT. RUIN. THIS….

When the videos circulated, fans demanded that Allegiant Stadium do something about it because it was extremely dangerous for the members
On April 13 (PST), ARMYs were relieved when the stadium released a statement for the upcoming shows on April 15 and 16. In the post, the organization explained, “For everyone’s safety, please do not throw anything (including flowers and dolls) toward the artist and stage.
When the announcement was shared, netizens couldn’t hide their relief that some action was being taken towards ensuring the safety of the members.

Allegiant Stadium has announced not to throw anything toward the artist and stage for safety.

Hopefully, with more rules and regulations in place, the stadium can ensure that both ARMYs and BTS feel safe at the concerts. Yet, many think that it’s still not far enough, and more aspects need to be addressed, such as the size of signs and running into the aisles, which affected people’s views.
