BTS Make History On Oricon’s Streaming Chart With Their Track “Film Out”

The group continues making history!

BTS has once again made history, becoming the first male artist in Oricon Streaming Chart’s history to have multiple songs exceed ten million streams in a single week.

On April 2, the group released their track “Film out,” which is a single from their upcoming Japanese album BTS, the Best. 

According to statistics from Japan’s Oricon chart, the track was streamed 11.67 million times last week, becoming the group’s second song to have more than 10 million weekly streaming on the chart after “Dynamite.” It is also the first time any male artist has had two songs with this many weekly streams.

It is not the only achievement BTS has achieved with this track after becoming the first Japanese song to ever debut at No.1 on Billboard‘s “Digital Song Sales Chart. It also ranked No. 3 and No. 5 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and Billboard Global 200 charts.
