When the K-Drama was first announced and images revealed, the show seemed to be centered around the two main characters falling in love and had a very romantic feel about it. In the last teaser, Jisoo gained a lot of love from fans after showcasing a very different side to her that showed the dark side of the show.

It seems like that more complex side to the K-Drama is being further publicized by JTBC after the release of new still cuts from the show.

The JTBC team explained that the images show a scene where “tension and excitement coexist with a shining breath.” Although the pictures are captioned as the first meeting between the two characters, there seems to be something in Jisoo’s eyes that makes it seem more complex.

After the images were released, netizens took to social media to share their excitement about seeing these images almost a year after the show was first announced. Many also tried to theorize what could happen during the series from the teasers released.

The complex nature of the show is something that shouldn’t be underestimated. During an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Jung Hae In explained that the show would have tears and heartbreak in it, despite the initial romantic feel.

However, that doesn’t mean that netizens should just expect doom and gloom. Some of the teasers have shown the romantic connection between the characters, and although Jung Hae In told the fans to expect heartache, there will be some love as well.
