Try Not To Laugh At These 10 Times Boy Group Idols Did Ridiculously Unbelievable Things

How are they real?!

These boy group stars may be seriously dedicated professionals on stage, but sometimes they get into the most ridiculous situations. Just look at these 10 moments that are so unbelievable, they’re downright hilarious.

1. Baekhyun (EXO)

EXO’s main vocalist and successful solo artist Baekhyun loves to play video games, and PUBG is one his favorites. He often plays with his members and even his fans, leading to many funny situations. One of the most hilarious was the time the fans “ganged up” on him during the game, jumping him all at once. Baekhyun’s hilarious reactions made the clip a priceless gem for the ages.

2. Changbin (Stray Kids)

Once, while Stray Kids‘s Changbin was happily celebrating his birthday with his members and his fans, disaster struck. As the group was talking and playing around on stage, the idol twisted his arm just a little too far—leading the cake he was holding to slip to the floor. Even though seeing a cake like that go to waste is a little sad, it’s also hilarious to watch, and all the members’ reactions make it even funnier.

3. Youngjae (GOT7)

GOT7 fans know that Youngjae loves holding live broadcasts, whether he’s streaming himself listening to music or just interacting and answering fan questions. As expected, the spontaneity of these live broadcasts often gives birth to some of the funniest K-Pop moments. For example, there’s no way this list would be complete without the time Youngjae fell asleep during one of his streams.

He later told the funny story of what actually happened behind the scenes during an interview. Youngjae explained that he dozed off when listening to the song “Dreamin’”, but when he woke up, he was so flustered he ended up shutting the broadcast off altogether.

4. Hoshi (SEVENTEEN)

The first SEVENTEEN member on the list is none other than Hoshi. Hoshi is known for his humorous moments, but one of the most unbelievable was definitely the time he went missing at KCON LA. One Carat in attendance revealed they were approached by a staff member asking if they’d seen Hoshi anywhere, stating that he “ran out [after] he said he was thirsty“.

The whole ordeal even managed to get #FindingHoshi trending worldwide on Twitter.

5. Taemin (SHINee)

SHINee‘s Taemin often makes headlines, but this time, it was for a particularly hilarious reason. When promoting “Want” on music shows, Taemin seemed to want to leave the stage as soon as possible. And, like a true main dancer, he attempted to slip away by cutely dancing towards the stairs. Of course, it was way too cutely obvious, leading Taemin’s escape attempt to go viral.

6. D.O (EXO)

While he may be known as one of EXO’s quieter members, D.O definitely seems to have some funny tricks up his sleeve—especially when it comes to interacting with his fellow members. Take, for example, the time Baekhyun gave D.O a sweet kiss on the cheek at an awards show. This could’ve been a cute moment—until D.O decided slapping his bandmate across the face was the best response to return his affections!

7. Taeyong (NCT 127)

NCT‘s Taeyong wasn’t the first idol to break something on stage, but no one has broken their lightstick quite like him. In the middle of a performance, Taeyong found himself getting a little too excited. Pumping his fist as vigorously as possible, Taeyong danced so hard that the top of the NCT lightstick he was holding completely flew off. The way confused and panicked Taeyong looked down at his hand grasping what was left of the lightstick had fans in stitches—as did the fact that the lightstick had only gone on sale recently.

8. Lucas (WayV)

When Lucas and the rest of WayV got stuck in an elevator, Lucas decided the best response would be to record the whole ordeal for Instagram. Fans couldn’t believe he decided to film everything, and the members’ reactions—from scared to comedic—were equally funny.

9. Seungkwan (SEVENTEEN)

Variety king SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan has numerous funny moments to choose from, but one of the most unbelievable was the way he haddressed Lady Gaga and Beyoncé during Going SEVENTEEN. While Seungkwan was impersonating an extremely busy talent show judge talking on the phone, he decided to drop some big names, but in a very Korean way—”Gaga-noona and Yoncé-noona“.

10. KEY (SHINee)

Halloween enthusiast SHINee’s Key is known for his detailed and incredible costumes—from the Joker to Marge Simpson to a Ronald McDonald outfit that went viral with locals. Naturally, the Halloween King decided to put in the same level of effort for his company’s 2018 Halloween party, SMTOWN Wonderland. His costume of choice was Harry Potter‘s Voldemort, but the funny part was that Key couldn’t even attend the party that year. Instead, he decided to get a life-sized cutout of himself wearing the costume and sent it to the party in his place!
