When BTS holds an online concert, broadcast, or any live-streamed moment, there will always be some ARMYs in the worst possible timezone for viewing (Hint: If you’re in it, you know!). Check out some fans who experienced the inner turmoil of catching their latest concert in the wee hours of the morning!
1. Calculating exactly how much sleep you can get and the appropriate time for naps
ARMYs are true mathematicians.
Do I take a nap before soundcheck or wait till after soundcheck to nap but then what if I don’t wake up for the concert and then I have to kick myself and that would hurt a lot what are you guys doing help pic.twitter.com/UIAQWHEtze

2. Ending your date early so you can be home in time for Soundcheck
It’s called “priorities!”
I have a date tonight. Lol I need to be home by soundcheck which is 11pm for me. Idk what to say to make sure I’m home by then. pic.twitter.com/YAJEkDsH4H

3. Even if it’s during the day, the timing is still a fail.
Curse you, responsibilities!
me happy there's a concert and realizing im missing both concert and soundcheck bc of work and class pic.twitter.com/ew1X4VJ9Zb

4. If you ever slept through a concert, you know the pain.
The replay is nice, but catching it live is everything.
I took a 90 minute nap without an alarm and I didn’t sleep through the concert like last time. thank you purple gods for saving my dumbass from missing a BTS concert.

6. We all know how a “quick nap” ends.
8 hours later, “JUNGKOOK CROP TOP” is trending and you have no idea why.
*saluting to all the mutuals saying they'll take a "quick nap" before a bts concert*

7. When you’re an EST girl living a KST life.
No amount of coffee can heal this pain.
Soundcheck is at 3,,, the concert is at 5,,, est armys are struggling pic.twitter.com/Rk6a1GcC4z

8. Everyone has their methods to stay awake.
Good luck, ARMY!
I think im gonna end up pulling an all nighter for BTS concert bc soundcheck is at 2am and thats usually when I go to bed lately 😭😭😭 and then the concert is hours after and if I miss it due to sleeping I will legit hire someone to dress like gongyoo and slap me in the face ✋

9. Some people, however, will never know the struggle.
Consider yourself blessed!
One thing im thankful for today: living in (almost) the same timezone as bts because waking up at 5am for a concert…

10. In the end, it really doesn’t matter what timezone you’re in…
…because you’ll instantly be full of energy when the show starts!
I have so much respect for ARMY in other timezones but I guess no timezone difference can hold us back from enjoying a BTS concert. So whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening for you… let’s enjoy with our boys today!!! 🥳💜
