These Are The 10 Most Popular K-Dramas Airing Right Now

According to data collected on the most recent K-Drama ratings in South Korea, these 10 K-Dramas below are the most popular shows that are currently airing/just finished airing. This is specifically for the second week of January. Let’s see how this year is starting out!

10. Awaken

Do Jung Woo (Nam Goong Min), the leader of a special task force in the National Police Agency, investigates a series of mysterious murders with his team. His team includes hot-headed Officer Gong Hye Won (Kim Seol Hyun) and Jamie Layton (Lee Chung Ah), a detective from the FBI. They uncover clues that these crimes are somehow related to a tragic event that happened 28 years ago in a village called White Night.

9. Royal Secret Agent

Set in the Joseon dynasty, Sung Yi Gyum (Kim Myung Soo) works in the administrative and research department of the government. He is caught gambling and as punishment, he is re-assigned to a new position as a secret royal inspector sent to investigate the corrupt practices of public officers.
