10+ Idols & Groups Who’ve Been Just As Obsessed With Red Velvet’s “Psycho” As You

“You got me feeling like a psycho, psycho…”

It may have been over three months since Red Velvet released their R&B hit “Psycho”, but the song is still going strong. Seems like everyone can’t get enough of it—including your favorite idols. Here are 10 K-Pop stars who have been just as obsessed with “Psycho” as you are.

1. Sunmi

Sunmi has been close friends with Red Velvet’s Seulgi since the two appeared on JTBC’s Secret Unnie, so it’s no surprise that she can’t get enough of “Psycho”. A week ago, she posted a video of Twitter of herself dancing to “Psycho”.

The clip was taken on the same day she showed off the song’s choreography on an Instagram live broadcast.

2. Ten & YangYang (NCT)

Back in December, NCT’s Ten began playing “Psycho” on his Instagram live broadcast. He and YangYang instantly started dancing to it, but they got the lyrics a little wrong. Instead of singing “Hey now, we’ll be okay”, the two sang “Hey, Wong Yukhei”—the real name of their fellow group member Lucas!

3. Jeno (NCT)

Looks like “Psycho” was a big hit in NCT, because Jeno knows his sunbaenims’ song well too. In a live broadcast, he showed off a second or two of the chorus.

4. Chaeryeong (ITZY)

ITZY’s Chaeryeong is well known for her girl group fangirl tendencies, and Red Velvet is no exception. This star ReVeluv began singing and dancing to “Psycho” at her own showcase.

5. Olivia Hye, Choerry & Gowon (LOONA)

LOONA were asked to cover several songs on Shindong Gayo, including “Psycho”. As soon as the song played, Olivia Hye, Choerry, and Gowon jumped up to execute the choreo perfectly.

Hyunjin also expressed a desire to cover “Psycho”, citing its “surreal mood” as the reason she likes it.

6. Seungyeon & Sorn (CLC)

CLC’s Sorn did a great job of covering Wendy’s “Psycho” high notes in her Instagram live stream. Main dancer Seungyeon was seen in the background putting her own spin on the choreography.

7. HINAPIA

The HINAPIA members are no strangers to Red Velvet covers. Alongside covering “Bad Boy” and “Peek-a-Boo” in televised performances, they’ve also sang B-sides like “Kingdom Come” on live streams. On Radio DJ, the group gave an impromptu vocal cover of “Psycho” too.

8. Eunji (Apink)

Joy is very close friends with Apink’s Hayoung, so it’s sweet to see Eunji covering one of Red Velvet’s songs. She definitely has the star power to pull off those difficult notes.

9. Changmin (The Boyz)

Changmin from The Boyz loves “Psycho” so much, he didn’t just play it once on his live broadcast—he actually had the song on repeat throughout.

10. Seungeun (BVNDIT)

Seungeun from rookie group BVNDIT is also a big “Psycho” fan. She posted a dance cover of the song on the group’s official Twitter account.

11. Dreamnote

Dreamnote attracted a lot of attention recently when they covered “Psycho”—partly for their talent, and partly because fans believe Youi looks just like Wendy and Irene’s lovechild.

They did a second dance cover of the track on Idol Radio too.

12. Byeongkwan (A.C.E)

On an episode of Pops in Seoul, A.C.E’s Byeongkwan put a masculine spin on the “Psycho” choreography.

He likes the song so much, he also sang it on a live broadcast.
